Called to Rise is more than an online community. It’s a growing network of local, faith-led gatherings for Christian women in business who want to grow with God at the center. Each Called to Rise location hosts monthly in-person gatherings centered on: Faith + business, Real conversation, Prayer and encouragement, Sisterhood and support, and Obedience over hustle culture.
Every chapter is led by a Called to Rise leader who is committed to creating a safe, Spirit-led space where women can rise together without pressure, performance, or striving.

Led by Autumn Hill — Founder of Called to Rise
Hudson is the birthplace of Called to Rise. These gatherings are rooted in over a decade of entrepreneurial experience and a deep calling to help women build businesses without losing their peace, faith, or family.
As a former brick-and-mortar and screen-printing shop owner, Autumn understands both hustle culture and the freedom of building in alignment with God. Hudson gatherings focus on identity, obedience, and creating Kingdom impact from a place of rest.

Bailey is a mama of two, professional photographer, and founder of the boutique Between Sundays.
Bailey’s heart for Jesus and for reaching women runs deep. She leads with gentleness, authenticity, and bold faith, creating a space where women feel seen, encouraged, and called higher. Milwaukee gatherings focus on community, creativity, and walking out your calling with God at the center.

Led by Monica Arafat
Monica’s story is rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. As a first-generation Middle Eastern woman and co-founder of Uniteam, a communication and engagement platform designed to bring people together, she leads with both conviction and compassion.
Monica is a servant leader with a deep passion for uniting the body of Christ and helping others discover their identity and purpose rooted in Jesus. She meets women exactly where they are, values authentic relationships, and cultivates community centered on growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship — all with Christ at the center.
